HELP with compression and choosing the right bird?

I ha the same expectations when I got Pico, my Quaker. I only spent $150 on him from a breeder, but he's a Green, not a Blue or another rare color. He is medium sized, learning to be a good talker, but he can be quite loud. I just have figured out ways to get him to stop. He's happy most of the time, and he is SO much fun. He is smart and playful - easily the best pet I could ask for!
