ING question?????!!!!!?

By purchasing an existing company in a local market there are a great deal of advantages to be gained--an organization already in place, local knowledge of the local landscape so to speak, and familiarity with the local laws and customs. There might also be some disadvantages. Perhaps paying too much for the company is one, perhaps buying a company that is not a good value ie not able to compete (that would be the one most likely for sale).
