What's that cartoon's title?

I'm trying to remember a title to a cartoon i watched in the 90s.It was about a group of super heros and the main super hero was a kid that would become covered in slime to become this super strong hero.Though the other super heros didn't find out he was a kid till way later on.Please help me!
