Gangs,Whites,Blacks,Mexicans hate gangs?

I have hate gangs. I'm a 17 old white boy who just wants to live a good life work hard and make the best for my family and friends,, but then you have gangs that get in the way, I'm not really racist, just that i live with many Mexicans around [CA] not all are bad, just most of them, the ones that write on are schools walls and wast thing that my parents taxes money are the ones i dont like, Respect is the key, so what do you thing if every one who lifes the same way any color of skin got together and stoped it? So tell him to stop writing in the bath room of there gangs crap and in are books, how could i go about doing this? thanks
