What are some good ideas for a quiet, "romantic" night?

Tomorrow night for my birthday I wanted to go out with my boyfriend of two years somewhere quiet, relaxing. For example I wanted to do a late night beach trip, but it's going to be a little too chilly down the shore for that. So any ideas along those lines? I live in south Jersey if that's needed.
