Hard curve sketching question. please help?

silly cecil has forgotten to copy down the numerical values of p and q for the function f(x) - (x+p)(x�+q). however, he does remember that the function has a stationary point at (-1,2), clever clara says she can work out the values of p and q anyway. in fact she claims there are two paires of values and as well she says she can determine the nature of the stationary point. is she correct? justify your answer.
